Johnny Knoxville

Born March 11, 1971

Johnny Knoxville is one of my favorite celebrities. He is his own person. He stays out of the bullshit, for the most part, and just does his own thing. he makes unique choices and again seems to be his own person in a society of people that are trying to conform.

Noteworthy

  • Walking Tall – Knoxville plays Ray, the comedy to Dwayne Johnson’s hardass. This is a good action movie and it gives Knoxville a chance to stretch his acting legs in a different direction.
  • The Dukes of Hazard – Knoxville is Luke Duke. Take that in. Johnny Knoxville is Luke Duke. This movie was not supposed to be a new version of the family-friendly show from back in the day. This was a re-imaging of the show as a raunchy comedy. Love it.
  • Jackass – This is the show that put Johnny Knoxville on the map. Insane stunts and pranks. People treating their friends poorly. What a blast to watch back in the days prior to YouTube and things like FailArmy.

‘I know this is going to end bad, but I’m going to pretend it’s going to end good.’ My life’s philosophy.
