James May

James May aka Captain SLow is one of my three favorite presenters on a car TV show. Now that being said, I only really watch one auto TV show at this point and that is The Grand Tour. James May is potentially the smartest person on a show with two other very intelligent people. He has a different take on cars and transportation in general. His eye to detail his sideways interpretation of their challenges and in general, his different take on life makes him the perfect addition to this group.

Noteworthy

  • Top Gear – 2003-2015 – This is still one of my favorite shows ever. EVER! May, Clarkson, and Hammond take on all things involving the automobile industry. This s the show that gave James May his nickname: Captain Slow.
  • The Grand Tour – After Jezza was kicked from the BBC, The Top Gear gang have jumped to their own Amazon original series. Season Two is even better than Season One.
  • Books – just a few select titles

If your ideas are good they rise, and if they’re a bit crap they sink.
